By accessing the Site, submitting information, or applying, you agree to these Terms, which form a binding agreement between you ("Applicant" or "you") and Finsurers Experts (an insurance recruitment firm based in [location, e.g., Mumbai, Maharashtra, India]). 1. Eligibility and Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, an Indian resident, and meet IRDAI criteria (e.g., minimum Class X education, no disqualifications under Section 42(3) of the Insurance Act, 1938) to apply. Finsurers Experts reserves the right to restrict access for violations, without notice.

2. Application and Recruitment Process

Submitting the lead form or quiz constitutes an application intent; no employment or advisor appointment is guaranteed. Key steps include:

2.1 Providing accurate details (e.g., name, PAN, education) as per IRDAI Form I-A requirements.

2.2 Uploading or preparing documents (e.g., PAN, Aadhaar, certificates) upon request; failure may disqualify you.

2.3 Undergoing Tata AIA's verification, IRDAI exam (25-50 hours training), and interview; persistency norms (e.g., 85% 13th-month) apply post-appointment.

Finsurers Experts/Tata AIA may reject applications for any reason, including incomplete info or non-compliance; commissions/rewards are per Tata AIA policy and IRDAI regulations (e.g., no renewal if <5 years service). You agree to cooperate with background checks.

3. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect personal data (e.g., name, email, PAN, DOB, location) via forms/quizzes for recruitment screening, as required by IRDAI for KYC. Data is processed ethically under DPDPA: obtained with consent, used only for applications/follow-ups (e.g., WhatsApp/CRM), and shared solely with Tata AIA or regulators if needed. 4. Disclaimers and Limitations
